By downloading or using the "Quran Focus" mobile application, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. Premium Services (Lifetime Access)

"Quran Focus" offers a Premium version that can be unlocked via a one-time lifetime purchase. This purchase grants you permanent access to all current and future premium features of the app.

• No Subscriptions: This is a one-time payment; there are no recurring monthly or yearly fees.
• Payments: Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must comply with their respective terms and conditions regarding payments and refunds.
• Cloud Sync: Premium features include data synchronization via iCloud (on iOS devices).

3. App Blocking Feature

The app includes functionality to help you stay focused by temporarily restricting access to other applications on your device during focus sessions. You understand and agree that:

• This feature requires specific system permissions (e.g., Screen Time on iOS or Usage Access on Android).
• You are responsible for the apps you choose to block.
• The blocking is only active during the duration of your focus session.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The app and its original content (excluding Quranic text and third-party recitations), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of "Quran Focus" and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall "Quran Focus" be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes via the app or website.
